“We took him to a hospital in Pataudi for therapy from the place he was referred to civil hospital, Gurugram, the place he succumbed late Wednesday evening,” he added.
Following the criticism, an FIR was registered Thursday morning towards Sagar, Azad, Mukesh, and Hitesh below sections 302 (homicide) of the ICP and SC/ST Act at Bilaspur Police Station.
