Mumbai police have registered a case towards Ms Sawant on the model-actor’s grievance on January 19.

The Bombay Excessive Courtroom on Tuesday directed Mumbai police to proceed the reduction of ‘no coercive motion’ towards Rakhi Sawant until February 1 in a case filed by a mannequin towards the actor.
The mannequin within the grievance alleged that Sawant circulated inappropriate movies and photographs of her.
On Monday, the Bombay courtroom directed the Mumbai police to not take any motion towards Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant until Tuesday in reference to a case lodged towards her by a mannequin.
Ms Sawant has approached the Excessive Courtroom searching for anticipatory bail. Based on the prosecution, Rakhi Sawant confirmed some movies of the complainant that are sexually express in nature to the media.
The bench of Justice MS Karnik posted the matter for tomorrow.

The Mumbai Police stated that upon the grievance, an FIR was registered towards Rakhi Sawant and advocate Falguni Brahmbhatt.
On Thursday, Ms Sawant was detained by the Amboli police after a Mumbai periods courtroom rejected her anticipatory bail utility on Wednesday.
A feud between the 2 tinsel city celebrities, Ms Sawant and one other has been ongoing for a while now. In November 2022, Rakhi Sawant and the opposite mannequin filed FIRs towards one another for utilizing objectionable language, based on the police on Wednesday.
